BADA Wholesaler – Distributorship Terms & Conditions
1. Distributor Role
Distributor का काम अपने क्षेत्र में BADA Wholesaler के products की बिक्री को बढ़ाना और retail customers से coordination करना होगा।
2. Customer Reference System
हमारी कंपनी के पास जो भी online customer आएगा, उसे सीधे Distributor के reference और contact number पर भेजा जाएगा।
Customer आपसे संपर्क करेगा और order finalize करेगा।
3. Commission / Profit
Distributor के reference से जितना भी माल (Garments) sale होगा, उस पर प्रति पीस ₹10 commission Distributor को दिया जाएगा।
4. Wholesale Purchase Benefit
Distributor जब भी कंपनी से माल purchase करेगा, उसे direct wholesale rate पर माल दिया जाएगा जिससे वह अपने retail market में अच्छा profit कमा सके।
5. Retail Shop Promotion
Distributor की retail shop का promotion हमारी company द्वारा online platform पर किया जाएगा जिससे आपकी local sale भी बढ़ेगी।
6. Security Deposit
Distributorship के लिए ₹1,00,000 Security Deposit देना होगा।
7. Refund Policy
Security deposit 6 महीने के बाद distributor कभी भी request करके 100% refund ले सकता है।
8. Expected Sales
कंपनी के पास online बहुत customer आते हैं। अनुमान के अनुसार कम से कम 5000 pieces प्रति माह distributor के reference से sale होने की संभावना है।
9. Estimated Monthly Income
अगर 5000 pieces sale होते हैं तो ₹10 per piece के हिसाब से distributor को लगभग ₹50,000 प्रति माह commission मिल सकता है।
10. Limited Distributorship
कंपनी हर क्षेत्र में limited distributor ही बना रही है ताकि सभी को अच्छा profit मिल सके।
11. Priority for Existing Customers
यह distributorship opportunity पुराने trusted customers को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर दी जा रही है।
12. Mutual Growth
इस system से Company और Distributor दोनों को फायदा होगा –आपकी sale बढ़ेगी और कंपनी का business भी grow करेगा।
1. Distributor Role
The distributor will help promote and sell BADA Wholesaler garments products in their area and coordinate with retail customers.
2. Customer Reference System
Any online customer who contacts our company will be referred directly to the Distributor’s contact number.
The customer will communicate with the distributor and finalize the order.
3. Commission / Profit
For every product sold through the distributor’s reference, the distributor will receive ₹10 commission per piece.
4. Wholesale Purchase Benefit
Whenever the distributor purchases products from the company, they will receive them at wholesale rates, allowing them to earn good profit in the retail market.
5. Retail Shop Promotion
The company will promote the distributor’s retail shop online, helping to increase local sales.
6. Security Deposit
To become a distributor, a security deposit of ₹1,00,000 is required.
7. Refund Policy
The security deposit is 100% refundable after 6 months if the distributor decides to withdraw.
8. Expected Sales
Our company receives a large number of online customers. Based on current demand, we estimate that at least 5000 pieces per month can be sold through distributor references.
9. Estimated Monthly Income
At ₹10 per piece commission, the distributor can earn approximately ₹50,000 per month from reference sales.
10. Limited Distributorship
The company will appoint limited distributors in each region to ensure good profit for every distributor.
11. Priority for Existing Customers
This distributorship opportunity is being offered primarily to our trusted and existing customers.
12. Mutual Growth
This partnership will benefit both the distributor and the company, helping the business grow together.
