Return & Refund Policy

At BADA WHOLESALER GROUP, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. As a wholesale supplier, we have specific guidelines in place for returns and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received damaged, defective, or wrong items.

  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings.

  • Items sold under clearance or final sale.

  • Custom or bulk-made-to-order items (unless damaged or defective).


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your Order ID, item details, and photos/videos of the issue.

  3. Our support team will review and guide you through the next steps.

  4. Once approved, return the items to our warehouse (return shipping costs to be borne by the buyer unless it’s our fault).


4. Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • If the returned item is approved after inspection.

  • If the item is out of stock or cannot be replaced.

Refund Options:

  • Credit note for future purchases.

  • Bank transfer (in case of a refund request; may take 5–7 business days).


5. Replacements

Where possible, we will replace eligible items with the same product or a similar one of equal value.
